2019 Change of Unit Enrolment Form (ACST)


Use this form to:

  • 1. Add or change a Non-award (ACST) unit OR
  • 2. Change session of study OR
  • 3. Change location of study
    • Session 1, 2019 Important Dates:
    • 10th March, 2019 - Last day to add new Session 1 units
    • 21st March, 2019 - Last day to withdraw from Session 1 units without academic or financial penalty
    • 28th April, 2019 - Last day to withdraw from Session 1 units without academic penalty
        • Session 2, 2019 Important Dates:
      • 11th August, 2019 - Last day to add new Session 2 units
      • 22nd August, 2019 - Last day to withdraw from Session 2 units without academic and financial penalty
      • 28th September, 2019 - Last day to withdraw from Session 2 units without academic penalty

      • Students who withdraw from Session 1 units by 21st March or Session 2 units by 22nd August will be eligible for a full refund of the tuition fees paid for the unit(s).

        Students seeking a refund must submit an refund request through ask.mq.edu.au stating student number, name, unit to be refunded and the amount.

        Withdrawals after these dates will result in a FAIL grade, unless you request consideration for Withdrawal Without Academic Penalty (WWAP). If you wish to apply for WWAP, please speak to Student Connect as soon as possible and fill out the WWAP form and Professional Authority Form on the Non-Award website.
